Featured again as a CAS Fav on Splitcoast

Got back late last night from Pismo to find that I was again featured on Clean and Simple Favorites for Week Ending Auguest 2, 2009, how exciting is that!!! I'm mentioned in the first post on the forum by LateBlossom. What a pleasure that is, I feel so honored. She featured my CAS Christmas Berries and my CAS Thinking of you Pocket Silhouette from my Splitcoast Gallery. All of these cards are some older cards that I had posted on my blog but never uploaded them to my Splitcoast Gallery, I'm so excited that I finally got them up and that they are getting more attention than I gave them, lol.

I have no card for you all today, I'm trying to come back to reality aftert a weekend in Pismo, I'm sure I will have some picture from my weekend to share with you but until then thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!!

VLVMay02 Thanks so much

For the week of 5/8 the {twist} is a color challenge! Amber going to make it easy on us, the colors are ANY SHADE of blue and ANY SHADE of green! AND you can use any neutrals you want! That's pretty easy right? Amber always says that and then there are a couple of us who don't like it, lol! Keywords this week are Verve (if you're using Verve stamps) and VLVMay02. Verve stamps are NOT required for these challenges! BUT if you have them, lets see em!

So I decided to use my Because of you set, I absolutely love this set. And of course I used my flower soft which has became one of my latest favorite embellishments.

So here is my card. Enjoy!!!

A Dozen & One Roses

So today I let in my roommates boyfriend into our house to bring her a surprise. He is such a sweet heart he brought her a dozen and one roses, I'm not sure why the extra rose but I'm sure it had some significant reason in their relationship if not a romantic reason. I figured I would make a card to go with the idea behind the roses (using Pocket Silhouette) and I also took a picture of the roses.

Enjoy and have a great day!!!
