Its been a while

Feels like forever since I last made a card, but I'm back in the game. I was taking summer school out of town so I was at my parents house for more than 6 weeks and I moved from apartment to apartment so my room isn't quite set up yet but I had to get started on my card making. My birthday was on July 27th so I had to make some thank you cards, this strawberry basket being one of them. I saw this card on a blog called Outside The Lines by Linsey Rickett and I had to make it for my neighbor who knows that I absolutely love love love strawberry's and all summer long she brought my family and I strawberry's and then on my birthday she brought me some more even though they were already starting the be out of season but they were still delicious, so i thought this card would be appropriate for thanking her for her sweet gift. Enjoy, and there will be more to come.

Graduation Cards

I used A Muse Grad Cap and Grad Scroll. The letters are Your Not My Boss Cuttlebug Diecut Letters. These cards were very simple you can change up the colors to make it match the graduates school colors. There will be more to come. The saying from the card below I believe is an SU stamp but I typed it into the computer and printed it out for I don't own the stamp and I think its a very inspirational quote. Enjoy!!

These two are money card.

Mother's Day Cards

Some Mother's Day cards that I also made this past weekend. I have yet to make one that I will send to my mother. So far the last one has my vote for being mailed off, but I plan to make some more samples to see if I can make a prettier one. All of these cards used the SU Embrace Life stamp set. In my opinion cards made with this set should use watercolor which I still have yet to purchase. For the card below, I tried to make the watercolor effect with copics but in my opinion it didn't come out very well.
